Many people start therapy with me because of anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or relationship conflicts. Once we get started, more often than not, it becomes a self-growth journey!

Clients are most successful when they are ready to put in the work, and when they have an idea of what they want to get out of the therapy process.

I feel it is important to tailor services to each client the best I can. However, some pieces you can always expect from me include:

- Looking at how the past influences who you are today

- Identifying patterns of behavior

- Encouraging a deeper awareness of thoughts and feelings

- Reflecting on experiences to learn and grow from them

- Learning how to effectively communicate how you are feeling and what you want to those around you

Service Locations

Counseling services are offered in office and via telehealth.

In office Sessions

My office is at 205 5th Ave S, Ste 320 in La Crosse, WI. My office is in the Exchange Building, which is located to the left of the Children’s Museum downtown La Crosse. I am on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator!) towards the end of the hallway. There is a waiting room inside my suite door. You may wait there until I am ready for your session.

Telehealth Sessions

Telehealth, or virtual sessions, are a great option if you live too far from my office. (Please note, you must live in the state of Wisconsin for me to meet with you, as required by my state license). It is also a great back up option in case of bad weather or if someone is feeling ill.

Virtual sessions are conducted through the HIPPA-compliant program Simple Practice. Before each session, you will receive an email from Simple Practice with a unique link for your session. At your session time, simply click on the link, type in your name, and start your session.
